Scheduling that used to break every semester
Every semester started with the same headache. Each student submits around three possible schedules, shaped by when they and their instructor are free. Multiply that by thirty-plus students across different instruments and rooms, and enrollment became a puzzle the admin had to solve by hand. It was slow, it broke easily, and it got messy fast. It didn’t end at enrollment either: students changed their times partway through the semester, and every change meant reworking the whole puzzle again.
Nexuvations built Angkasa a centralized scheduling platform, developed to production standard and running on AWS infrastructure. Instead of juggling proposals across spreadsheets and chat messages, the admin now works in one system built for exactly this job.
The piece that changes the daily work is the MCP we built for the admin: a bridge that lets an AI assistant work directly with the scheduling system. The admin can ask AI to generate a schedule that respects every student’s proposals, and it handles the combination-heavy work that used to eat hours. A mid-semester reschedule stops being a crisis and becomes a quick adjustment.

From uncertainty to a clear path
